What makes KLATR different from every other platform is simple — we pay people to be here. Not just creators. Viewers too. Every month we distribute prize money to creators who post great content AND to viewers who watch consistently and refer friends.
50% of all advertising revenue goes to creators. 10% goes to viewers. That money is pooled monthly and paid out through a lottery system — giving everyone a real shot at winning regardless of how many followers they have.

Select a video from your device. MP4, MOV, AVI and WebM formats are accepted. Maximum 30 seconds. Maximum 150MB.

Add Details
Give your video a title, optional description, category and tags to help people find it.

Submit
Click Upload. Your video is sent to our servers for processing. This usually takes 30-90 seconds.

Goes Live
Once processing is complete your video automatically appears in the feed. You'll see a confirmation on screen.
Tips for great videos:
Good lighting makes a huge difference. Shoot vertically for the best feed experience. Keep it under 30 seconds — every second counts. Original content performs better than re-posted videos from other platforms.

On the last day of every month KLATR runs two separate prize lotteries — one for creators and one for viewers. Winners are drawn randomly from all qualified entries and prizes are paid directly to their connected accounts.

Prizes are paid directly to your connected Stripe account within 3-5 business days of the drawing.

Tax Forms
If your total KLATR earnings reach $600 in a calendar year we are required by the IRS to collect a W-9 (US residents) or W-8BEN (international). You'll be notified and prompted to submit this before further payments are released.

Violations result in a three strike system — warning, 30-day suspension, then permanent ban. Some violations like child safety issues result in an immediate permanent ban.

Yes — completely free. Creating an account, uploading videos, watching videos and entering the lottery are all free.
Post at least 4 videos in the month, maintain a 60%+ average completion rate, have 25+ followers, no active strikes, and have your Stripe payment account connected. Your account must also be at least 30 days old.
Watch at least 50 videos in the month with an average completion rate of 75%+. Your account must be 30+ days old. Refer friends for bonus entries.
On the last day of each month. Winners are notified immediately and paid within 3-5 business days.
Not in the same month — if you win a creator prize you are not entered in the viewer lottery that month and vice versa.
You receive a notification with the reason. First offense is a warning. Repeat violations lead to suspension or ban. You can appeal a removal by contacting us.
The prize pool rolls over to the next month and keeps growing until there are qualified winners.
Videos with no activity for 90 days receive a 30-day warning. If activity resumes they stay up. If not they are removed to keep the feed fresh.
