By creating an account or using KLATR you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading you grant KLATR a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, and distribute your content on the platform.
You are solely responsible for content you post. You represent that you own or have rights to all content you upload, and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.
All videos must be 30 seconds or less. Videos violating our Content Policy will be removed. Accounts with repeated violations will be suspended or permanently banned.
Videos with no activity for 90 days may be removed after a 30-day warning notice.
The KLATR prize lottery is a discretionary program. KLATR reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the lottery at any time. Prize eligibility requires meeting all qualification criteria.
Accounts with active strikes are not eligible for prize drawings. KLATR may withhold or forfeit prizes from accounts found to have violated these Terms.
Prize winners are responsible for all applicable taxes on prize payments. KLATR will issue required tax documentation to winners receiving $600 or more in a calendar year.
You may not: use bots or automated tools to inflate views, likes, or follows; impersonate other users or public figures; use the platform for commercial spam; attempt to manipulate the prize lottery; upload content you do not have rights to; harass, threaten, or harm other users.
Violations may result in immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of any pending payments.
Advertisers must comply with all applicable advertising laws and our Content Policy. KLATR reserves the right to reject any advertisement without refund if it violates these Terms. Approved ads may be removed if a violation is discovered after approval.
KLATR may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your dashboard settings.
KLATR is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for user-generated content, service interruptions, or loss of data.
